PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 U.S. Army Officers Visor Cap is in nice condition showing some wear and age. Cap is nice and solid showing some mothing to top. Leather sweatband is all there with no loose stitching. Bill is also nice showing a little wear to edge. All original stitching to bill is intact. Chinstrap is nice with no rot. Both chinstrap buttons are missing. Chinstrap was stitched in place a long time ago. I've provided two buttons in case someone would like to restore it. Size tag is in place and appears to read 7 1/4.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 US Ordnance Officers Garrison Cap is in real nice condition with no mothing or damage. Leather sweatband is in real nice condition with no damage whatsoever. Pinback Ordnance insignia to front of cap. Probably one of the nicest I've owned.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 U.S. Marine Helmet is in nice condition showing some age. Chinstrap is gone but liner is still in place. The E.G.&A. is period correct for this helmet. The hole that was made in the helmet for the E.G.&A. was punched through as it should be. Rim of helmet is stamped ZC 46. Most of the original paint is still present. Scarce helmet.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 U.S. Army Named Grouping is in real nice condition showing little age and wear. Uniform jacket has no mothing or damage. Jacket has a Headquarters patch sewn to left shoulder. Jacket has a discharge and overseas stripes to left sleeve also. All are period hand sewn on. Jacket has a U.S. & Infantry HQ discs to collar. Quartermaster tag to interior lining dates this jacket to October 31st 1917. All buttons are present. Bottom closure button appears to be a period replacement as it is the rimless version. Breeches are nice with no damage or mothing. They do show some soiling to seat area. Two fly buttons appear to be period replacements. Quartermaster tag to breeches is completely faded out. Also included with this grouping is , Dog Tag , very nice overseas cap , leggings, American Red Cross Ditty Bag , handkerchief showing wear and paperwork. Paperwork includes, Honorable Discharge, Induction into military Service, Registration Certificates and various Veterans Administration papers.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: These WW1 U.S. Leggings are in excellent slightly used condition with no rips, holes or damage. Almost all of the original green paint is still on all the eyelet fittings. Both leggings are ink stamped : Jos. M. Herman 3 1251 3340 Boston Depot Feb. 2 1918. Both black buckles are embossed : Pat. 12-25-06. Hard to find a better pair.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Corps Uniform Jacket is in nice condition showing some small moth holes to front and back. All buttons are present. No rips or other damage. Jacket has a bronze U.S. and Signals disk to collar. Right sleeve has a Sergeant stripe that is period hand sewn on. Left sleeve has a 1st Corps patch, discharge stripe and a bullion overseas stripe. All of these are also period hand sewn on. Makers tag to inside of lining dates this jacket to October 31, 1917. There is a laundry tag stapled to left armpit area. A relative of this soldier provided me with his name which I have placed into a pocket.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW1 U.S. Army 81st Division Wildcat Helmet is in nice condition showing some age and wear. Helmet retains approximately 25 % of it's original tan paint. There are three "Wildcat" insignia painted on this helmet. One smaller "Wildcat" to front and two larger ones to wearers left and rear. There is also a "Signals" crossed flag insignia with the letter "C" to bottom painted on the wearers right side. Some other letters to top of "Signals" insignia but they are not legible. Some letters and numbers stamped to rim : HV ?54. Helmet is British made with the split rivets on bails. Liner is nice and intact but chinstrap is gone. Great unique all original helmet.
