PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This German Naval Administration overseas cap is in fair condition showing much mothing. Eagle and cockade are period hand sewn to cap. Cap is dark blue wool with vent to each side and is unmarked to interior. Cockade is on blue rayon while eagle is white thread on black rayon. White soutache is machine sewn on. Scarce Naval cap.
