PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW2 U.S. Army Air Force First Aid Pouch is in real nice condition. Talon zipper functions great. Snap to front also functions great. There is a "Lift the Dot" snap in all four corners. These snaps are there so these pouches could be secured to the aircrafts bulkhead. Pouch reads to top front : Medical Department U.S.A. . All dividers are present to interior. No holes or damage. There is the red number "21" inked to top front.
