PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: This WW2 U.S. M1 Front Seam Fixed Bail Helmet & Liner are in nice condition showing some wear and age. Helmet shell has Captain bars painted to front and an Officers bar painted to back of helmet. Shell is heat stamped 29B 3 . Shell has the letters "MSA" penciled to inside top of helmet. Chinstraps are nice and solid. Liner has the "Firestone" logo to interior. Leather sweatband and leather chinstrap to liner are gone. Small 1 inch crack to back rim of liner. Captain bars to front of liner.
